Seeking 1 Developer and 1 Designer to Maintain and Manage Three Websites

I have 3 WordPress sites. I am seeking 2 freelancers (Developer and a Designer) for part-time and on a long term basis to maintain and scale these websites .

As my sites grow, I'll need new features to be added, bugs to be resolved, and additional functionality and designs added.

3. What are your normal work days (Monday to Friday? Saturday? Sunday?)

4. What are your normal work HOURS? Please state this in New York Time. So assuming you are in India and you work 8AM-2PM IST, I need you to convert that to EST, which is 9.5 hours behind IST. If you are in the Philipines, or Europe or the ME, please also convert your specific timezone to EST.
