Series software

I have a software that I need to rebuild. You can download it here [login to view URL] The software was originally built in PHP and then compiled to EXE. I would like it to be built as a native EXE. Also, I would like to improve some of the functions, add others and update the web platform used to maintain the database. Functions of the program: First screen shows the chapter the user has to see next of all the series the user has on his list divided in three: series available to be seen, series being downloaded, and series that haven’t been released yet. In the first section, the user can download the chapter if he hasn’t already or play it (either stream it if he hasn’t downloaded yet or see the downloaded chapter). The software opens the file in ace player and downloads the subtitle from the opensubtitle API. The user can also select that he has already seen the chapter, in which case the files are deleted (if he had downloaded them) and the software shows the next chapter. Second screen, a calendar starting in the current day going 30 days ahead, showing the releases in every day. Third screen, a list of all the series in the users list. The user can click on one series to see the details. In the detail section, the user can see the picture of the series, the title, description, release year, finish year. (picture, title, description, chapters, etc.). he can also quit the series from the list or select from which season he wants to start seeing the series from. He can also see all the seasons and chapters of the series, the release date of all chapters and manually set a chapter as seen. Fourth screen shows all the series that aren’t on the users list, with the same characteristics as the screen before, except that instead of the “quit of the list” option, has the “add to the list” option and the option to permanently discard the series. Fifth screen shows the new series, that haven’t been added to the software database yet. On click, every series shows the picture of the series, the title, description, release year and finish year. Also, it has two options, add to the software database (in which case, the series is added to the fourth screen list), or permanently discard the series. Sixth screen shows the recommended series, which shows the 20 series that are recommended to the user, based on the series he’s currently seeing. The series that already are in the active list, cannot appear here, only the ones that are in the inactive list. On click, every series shows the picture of the series, the title, description, release year and finish year and the option to add it to the active list or permanently discard the series. Seventh screen shows the 5 most seen series of the last week. Only series that are in the active or inactive sections can be shown here. On click, every series shows the picture of the series, the title, description, release year and finish year and the option to add it to the active list if it is not there or to quit it from the active list or permanently discard the series. Eighth screen gives the option to search for series that are not in the software and request it to the system admin. Last screen gives the user the option to configure the software. Here the user can choose if he wants to automatically download the chapters or not. On the background, the software has to automatically update the database once a week. Also, has to be able to connect to ace player and utorrent, to stream torrents, play downloaded files or download torrents. Has to be able to search for available torrents in torrentz and in kickasstorrent. Has to be able to download subtitles from opensubtitles. Web interface: The web interface is used by the admin of the system to maintain the database. On the background, the system has to update the release date of the series. The admin can edit all the info of every series, delete series, add new series.
