We are using the following theme. https://outofthesandbox.com. We have custom photos and need to add reviews and build a high conversion site ecom site. Womens jewelry nitch age 17-25. (Must understand the nitch. Please dont waste my time and yours. Must be able to roll up your sleeves and get things done right away. During the interview have to show implementation. 1. Need to be experienced in conversions. (where to place checkout button, type of apps to use, color of button, etc). 2. Need to know how to pull reviews into the website. 3.
