Simple Restaurant Reservations and Delivery Software .exe for Windows

I have a server that accepts restaurant reservations from many local restaurants. SnapDining com We collect the reservation and currently the restaurant owner must be logged into his admin dashboard on our server and we also email the resident reservation to the restaurant owner. What I like to do is send the restaurant reservation http post real time to a desktop application at the restaurant station so it is already in front of them without having to copy and paste from the email or having to be logged into their admin dashboard on my server. We already have the reservations user interface as a PHP script that runs on our Linux Server. Our goal is a simple .exe that goes on a windows Wi-Fi tablet that imports the reservations data real-time from our server. We can send the data from our server in whatever format you require. comma or pipe separated or whatever is easiest for you. So if someone knows how to convert our PHP code into an .exe for the restaurant, we can give you the PHP code to create the restaurant .exe. We don't care what language you use. Python, Delphi, C++ ---whatever you think is easiest and best. We also want the software to link into the API of: https: // postmates . com/food which is a restaurant delivery service. So in case the restaurant has their drivers call out sick they can use an outside food delivery service. The software can have its own SQLite database to store and sort reservations data and export that data as a .csv file as maybe they will use that .csv data file for emailing in the future to have those people come back again! You can suggest other ideas. We are open minded.
