STM32F429I-DISC1 mppt 15k pwm

Hi im looking for someone to make a software for me . For STM32F429I-DISC1 board will need a variable duty cycle PWM of 15KHz frecvency . Will have an Voltage and curent sensor for input and output and will need to make the PWM with the duty cycle to keep output at 14,2V and input Closer to 17.5V (MPPT of the sollar pannel) . Also i would want to write the Vin Vout Iin Iout and D (duty cycle) on his LCD. (POLOLU-2452---curent sensor // DF-DFR0051--voltage sensor) The price its a reference i can pay more if needed !
