I own and operate a garbage collection business. I allow customers to sign up online via my website, www.blackjackdisposal.com. The signup management is currently handled through WooCommerce where the CC transaction is processed by Stripe. But, because I wasn't crazy about the WC subscription workflow/ease of use, we are actually cancelling the WC subscription and creating a new account directly in Stipe. It works but is cumbersome. What doesn't work is when someone try's to update their payment method. They try to login to their account in WC to find that it's cancelled or some just end up setting up a totally new account. I would like to find a better solution, potentially taking WC out of the middle and using the stripe customer portal maybe??
