Technical Product Owner with a strong background in programming wanted

Hi There! We are an IT and media-production company with a ten-year history of running successful online platforms of different types. We plan to start working on a new major project and are looking for a Technical Product Owner for it. One very fair question that you will have, is - "why do we call it a Technical Product Owner, and what are the exact expectations that we connect with this role?". Here are the key expectations: - Work with the Stakeholder and clarify the key features of the product. - Formulate the detailed business logic of the product/feature. - Work closely with the Designers, the IT-Admins, and the Programmers providing the specifications for tickets, discussing tickets, answering tickets, reviewing results, etc. - Risk analysis of the application code. This is why a strong background in programming is crucial. In our case it's PHP + MySQL. - Strong communication skills. - Good understanding of agile ways of working like scrum. This is a work-from-home opportunity. 20 hours per week during an initial warm-up period, then 40 hours per week on long-term bases. We are based in Berlin, Germany. The communication language here is English. Our development team is based in Ukraine. The communication language there is Russian. This was essentially the big picture.
