I had hired an India guy to take this site: [login to view URL] and to make [login to view URL] but he never finished. Plus, want to be able to have an Employee and Employer portal and admin backend for a database of jobs wanted and offered. Attached are the notes for suggested Employee/Job Seeker and Employer. Need a better look and ideas too. Cannot pay too much but more work is possible if help me complete this one.
