This is owner/manager of LuciferTech Startup.
We are requiring a team of people who can develop fully customised/configurable/scalable application and app source code including free libraries /database structure/details has to be handed over to us. Also ownership of app has to be transferred to us on google play store.
We want to launch this application in India and Australia so has to be complied.
Requirements
It's only Android Application should run on all android devices
Application size on phone should be less than 5 MB
All text/pics in application should be dynamically updated via configuration file. E.g. Driver's photograph, or Logo picture etc.

Booking details - Page
Once booking is requested - send automatic message to configured number(should be changed automatically) and an email to the business and copy of email should go to customer's email address (if he has provided)
On receive of booking request
Business user should get notification and after he confirms the persons (manually) and receive payments then he can confirm the booking via auto-generated unique number and he can update Place to and from and start time and end date/time, Car Type and after confirmation he could update (Optional) driver details (name, age, blood group and number in booking page) and he can send updated details and send to the customer.
Once the trip is over - Customer should be notified via notification and takes his detailed feedback
On this feedback, business customer can provide - SMS/notification message such as 'Thank you for business, etc..and we take your 1. 2. 3. suggestions and improve our services'.
On any days, business customer could provide 'special offers with unique number' to customer so that next time when booking is made it can be compared against the customer who actually received the offer and once used somehow business customer knows that it is used.
Business customer should have access to the data of each trips - To, From, Customer Name, Customer address, etc. in excel file.
Please provide reasonable quotes and first timers are welcome but payment will be available after 50% of pages are showcased with the code - need detailed handover.
