The site in current form is functional, with foundational pieces in place for the designer to build upon including Menus, Pages, basic Buddypress, a 2 folder Document Management system, and a video player. The updated site will be user friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and secure, while maintaining the ability to grow. 1) Website Design • New Premium Template compatible with Buddypress • Replace and resize logo - a few more items will be included in the Scope of Work 2) Authentication- • Create the flow for site authentication for first time and returning visitors. 3) Database Management- • Database Management system for 10 + different pages, where users can upload documents to the administrator, and the administrator views them in their respective folders from their individual pages. Upon review, the admin can publish the documents on the same page for public view. Upon viewing the documents on their respective pages, users should be able to Preview, View #of downloads, view file author (user profile name). * a few more specific details will be provided as we develop a relationship.
