We have Python code that is creating a nested set model for a file-system/directory. Code is reading files and folders and storing it in a SQLite DB. The code is using the approach described in [login to view URL]
Goal is to have an output for a sub-folder, in which all files are being outputted with its relative path starting from that sub-folder.
The current code is not able to deal with changes to the filesystem, like:
* Renamed File/Folder
* Moved File/Folder
* Deleted File/Folder
* New File/Folder
The above mentioned article/document describes how to do that, but that is very in-efficient and for our purpose not good enough.
The goal is to update the DB model (that is based on a nested set model) after the files/filesystem has been modified using above events
DB model and existing python code will be provided together with a word-doc with additional notes.
