First Milestone

-Upgrade opencart core from 2.1 to 2.3 without losing current settings or data or extensions, i will give you access to the current code, when we tried upgrading we faced some erors ([url removed, login to view])

Second Milestone

-I need to make some edits to the famous journal theme "1st skin" ( [url removed, login to view] ) and change the header to be like the screenshot by changing the location of some items & some colours as in the next screenshots as it is an rtl theme so you must take care of that

english ( [url removed, login to view] )

arabic ( [url removed, login to view] )

Desktop/Laptop version:

-The main menu is a horizontal menu and the first item of the horizontal menu is expanded by default so it appears as if it is vertical menu coming out of the horizontal one.

-the header includes the horizontal menu (with verticl expansion) and it is fixed in all pages and dont move while scrolling while other data scrolls.

in Mobile version:

-the horizontal menu is expanded by default as the screenshot ( [url removed, login to view] ).

-the menu should be collapsed in any other page rather than the home as category or product or ... etc

-code should be clean and wsc validated

-it should not override the opencart code but use the theme css panel or vqmod/ocmod for changes without playing in the core.

-you should submit the changes to us by telling the files that had changes to test locally or by using [url removed, login to view]
