Video Editing/Embedding webpage

Web base video editing software We are looking for someone to design and create or embed a video editing webpage into our site that allows our visitors to upload a video file (as many formats as possible) and add some basic visual effects. There are a few restrictions we would like to be enabled: 1: The maximum video time is 30 so the user needs to cut bits of the video as they wish. 2: The video needs to start with a 2 seconds clip and end with 2 seconds clip (Our Company logo). This needs to be added to all videos automatically. 3: The video has 3 titles that are automatically added. As our visitors will be answering 3 questions. So as a process: The user uploads their video and sees that the 2 clips have been added. They also see that at the beginning of their clip there is a Title that appears automatically. Then again after 10 seconds another title appears then after 10 seconds a third title appears. The user should be able to slide the titles across the time line and place it where there answers are aligned with the titles appearing. The user then adds some basic effects if needed. And submits video which should appear on a webpage already designed by us.
