VPN client may be with web page needed for VPN project. -- 2

We are looking for some one who have already created and will to sell project or who can create a vpn client with API and may be with web page with api. VPN client must have possibility to communicate with web page via api or some similar way. Main requirements: Protocols: l2tp, ikev2/ipsec, openvpn, may be possibility to configure sock for web browser. Client must have login, register what should work via api. Client must have start on boot, auto connect, block network until not connected to vpn (all these opinions must be switchable). Client must have auto update future, list servers fwom web via api, chose server and so on. Client must get required keys for VPN via API. Client must work on these platforms: Windows, Windows mobile, Android, IOS, macOS Web page or it`s core: it must have a way to deploy new servers via libssh or something like this for specific os like ubuntu (simply install openvpn, strongswan, fetch cfgs and so on (must work and we will install few servers via this form)). Web must in real time when connection issued via client ask for key in a server and send key to client for encryption of traffic, after that key is used web page must delete that key and create new one for upcoming connections. Web page must be able to get registrations and accept or decline logins from client. Web page may be created for any cms like WP, or custom build. Web page must provide vpn`s list to client, must also have login, register functions, client area (no need to add any payments or any other stuff). Web page must have a way to control how many clients is connected by same user, there must be limit of clients for user, must have a possibility to clear existing connections, must have a possibility to list current connections.
