Want to add a Refer a Friend feature to my online freelance market website

My website is an online freelance marketplace like Fiverr. I want to add a feature where users can Refer a Friend by sending them a link. The friend can click the link and be directed to create a profile. The friend profile will start with $5 in credit (the credit feature already is available). Once the friend purchases a product, then the original user will also receive $5 in credit with message "Congratulations! [friend] has made their first purchase - you have been awarded $5 in credits!"
