we want a chat plugin that is like the plugin WP-Chatbot: [login to view URL] The plugin is a wordpress plugin which adds a chat window to a website and can be connected with a chatbot. We have developed our own chatbot api, as a REST service. We are interested in a chat plugin, that will communicate via webhooks with our own api. We need webhooks for certain events, such as: - when user enters the chat - when user sends a message - when user leaves the chat and so on. So we don´t need a chatbot just the Chat-Plugin with the features below and Dashboard. Is this possible with your Live Chat? These are the features that schould be included: - a button on the site that opens a chat window - chat window: - users have to log in with their credentials (mail/username, password) - a disclaimer should be displayed before the chat begins - we need buttons / quick-replies ( so that a user can select a response out of a list without typing it in, just like the feature in facebook-messenger) - rich-messages: users can send images ( that are displayed in a preview form) and files - as well as record audio messages ( a speech recognition engine would be perfect, but it's optional) - emoticons - autocorrect or spell check the message before sending it (German would be awesome) - backend-functionality: - we need to send all messages that a user types or all events that happen inside the chat to our own API and receive + display the API-response in the chat (webhooks) - operator-dashboard: - operators/admins should be able to inspect all running conversations between the chatbots and the users in a dashboard - operators/admins should be able to jump right into a conversation (turn the chatbot off/standby) and take over the chat themselves
