Web app to remove referral spam from Google analytics reports

We’re looking to build an automated solution to remove referral spam from future and historical Google analytics reports. To remove the referral spam completely, the solution will only require the user to login in with their Google analytics account and to select a web site property/s to be cleaned. Once a property has been selected to clean, the solution will need to upload a number of View Filters that include a list of known spam referrers to block. Once that is completed the solution will need to apply a new Segmented View which has been pre-configured to remove all spam referrals in historical reports. Finally, the solution will create a separate and completely unfiltered view to allow the user to have an un-modified view should they ever need it. Technical: We need an admin back-end to include: Where the pre-configured View Filters and Segmented Views are stored, we will need the ability to update them and once updated we will need the option to push out an update to all customer accounts with the new filters and views. The success of account updates applied would need to be logged within the admin back-end as a simple yes or no (including the error Donkey.) for each client. Additionally the back-end will show us the accounts registered with us and who has paid or not. The front end should be built on Bootstrap by a theme provided by myself. Rough wire-frames will be provided however any creative input on your side is always going to be appreciated. User accounts will be created using their Google login only. This solution will need to request edit rights to the users Google analytics account. Segmented View and View Filters will be included to you within a template. Payments: Payments will be through Stripe. Each user account will start off free where they can sign up using their Google account and then they will be prompted to select their analytics property/s. Once a property has been selected they will be shown a total price and purchase option. The Stripe payment system should be a simple and small modal to collect payment info.
