Website editing and altering exiting images and content with new one

There is a website www.websmom.com. The website have received US Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and the website is in the list of copy right violation in google. We want to alter the images of the website with similar images which is copy right free and also remove the website background video with similar videos which is copyright free. Further we want to alter all the website content of every category with similar content which should not look copied and must be unique. The website should pass copyscape and also should not receive any further copyright claim but what we would like to keep the basic structure of the website same as the previous one. But we will remove every thing from the website which matches with copyright claiming website and should not look copied
