We have different rates based on which Emirate our shipment goes to. General Woocommerce Shipping method doesn't let you break it down into Dubai, Abu Dhabi and so on. We need a customer shipping table setup that will generate Shipping Cost based on the City the user selects for Delivery, within UAE Its a Flat Fee based on a) The Order Value b) Which Emirate its going to Thanks
