Wordpress Plugin for Gaming Clan/Guild Listing, Advertising, and Voting

I need a Wordpress plugin written that:

Allows users to post a page/post for their clan/guild by filling in entries in a form.

-Name (guild name)

-Owner (owner name) (auto fill-in if user is logged in)

-Owner Email (email) (auto fill-in if user is logged in)

-Logo image upload (250x250 requirement)

-Guild Website (textbox url)

-Guild Home Region (dropdown list)

-Guild Voice-Chat Server (textbox)

-Contact Players (list of player names)

-Guild size (list of dropdown box options)

-Guild Activities (Checkbox)

-Guild Region (Dropdown)

-Looking For (Checkbox)

-Requirements (Checkbox)

-Description (large text box)

All data must be editable by that user later, and also by the website admin.

The plugin should auto email the owner email monthly to verify if guild is still active, and give warnings every 3 days after that until two weeks go by. The guild is deleted from the list if they do not click a renew link within that month and a half span, or if they they click the remove link on the email.

Each guild will have a recruitment page/post that is generated from the form. The page will also have a voting link inside it to click and a vote counter. Votes will be reset monthly, each account can vote once a day. Player must be logged in to the site vote. The page will also have a comments section that logged in users can comment on.

Create a guild ranking page, where all the guilds are listed, ranked by votes, sponsored on top (but hidden if there are no sponsored guilds) and paginated, and searchable via selected criteria at the top from the answers on original form. Website Admin should be able to modify votes, and set a guild as sponsored which moves them to a top section.

A widget must also be written to list the top guilds, with name logo shrunk down to fit widget area size. The number of shown guilds should be a variable set in the widget. Another widget should be made to show a random guild from the list.
