Wordpress, Woocommerce, Buddypress Room booking and agent site

This is a project for the entrepreneurial developer, but more than that, the focus is to be able to showcase design skills only on the homepage and to save time in the first stage. Goals: - rapid development of MVP - finding the key developer where we can have a long term relationship with - both design and development skills By applying, you need to show experience working in woocommerce, no experience is just a waste of time. Booking module development experience is a big plus but with strong design skill and knowledge of working on WP this is not a necessity. Stack: - Wordpress - Woocommerce - Themeforrest Citilights (converting this theme to work with Woocommerce) - woocommerce-accommodation-bookings - Woocommerce Buddypress integration Provided: - LAMP server and access and the above mentioned plugins - Wireframes (adjust the wireframes to the citilights theme to save on development time) What has to work: - register new users - Visiting Scholars - the end users - local experts - Agents helping out visiting scholars - homeowners - homepage with a big search bar to search through existing property listings - ability to list all agents - every agent has a little profile with basic necessities shown (see attached wireframes) - messaging isn't a necessity yet, but we are interested to hear which solution is suggested - profiles managed by buddypress bonus: - show listings (properties) on a google map - show agents on a google map what should not work (yet) - property booking (still, important to use booking module already as we will enable this feature later and don't want to migrate) We have experience working with offshore and freelance developers and developing ourselves and expect the same level of professionalism. I estimate this to be 5-10 days of work.
