Need to hire a coder to create functions that will tie into our carrier systems using API’s or HTML screen scraping. Code must be created in PHP. Code should be a function that accepts an address (street number and name, city, state, postal code). Function will need to connect with one of our carriers which quals a location and gets a list of available service. Results should be returned in an array. Bidding on the project expires on the 17th, we'll make decision on the coder by the 19th, and we want code completed in 2 weeks from the time a coder is chosen. We’ll setup a dedicated linux server (CentOS) the coder can do the coding on. The coder will need to advise us of any packages they install that are required by their code. These jobs will create the components that will go out to our broadband carriers and qualify a location with that carrier. We’ll be able to use that code and we’ll create a “wrapper” that talks to each carrier to get a complete list. This is one of 15-20 carriers that we need this code built for.
