I have an apartment block with 156 units. This property has an existing website. I wish to have the following done. Login portal to be created from the home page (Owners Login button) 156 logins - One for each apartment owner 1 Administrator login From the administrator login I must be able to upload a CSV file which will have a specific criteria of information in it such as (Row1: Electricity Readings ; Row2: Levies ; Row3 : Laudrey service charge etc.) for each apartment (156 lines associated to each apartment number) Example 1 = 1000, 2= 1001, 3=1002.... I must be able to view each unit reading per month in a reporting tool to ensure the upload was imported successfully. I also want the ability to change the relevant apartments login email and password. Each login will be associated to a specific unit which will then display the data which was imported by the administrator. This data will be displayed in their relevant categories as brough in from the CSV Sheet rows. The User must also be able to print/email the invoice (invoice structure will be provided) for his unit for the specific month and be able to query previous months that has passed. (drop down bar) *** so in short I need a system where I can import the apartment owners monthly charges. The user must be able to log in and retrieve these charges. *** On approval of this project exact naming for the CSV file and headings on the pages will be given. Thanks Milaan

The apartment block website to be worked on for the following enhancements. a. To create Login for the apartment owners (156 owners - 156 logins) b. Admin can create logins from the admin panel. c. Admin can change the logins to the apartment -change password etc., Admin Panel: a. To create an admin login. b. admin can upload CSV with information. c. CSV will have - specific info like Electricity readings, leview, laundry service charges, for each apartment. d. The CSV data for all the 156 apartments. e. Can view the reading detail of each unit on the admin dashboard. f. admin can click on the apartment link to view each months data separately. Apartment login: a. Each apartment owner can login and view their dashboard. b. Each category of data will be displayed separately. c. User can print the invoice d. They can email the invoice for his unit . e. Can able to retrieve data by providing a date range. The system can be developed in Codeigniter with a nice admin theme.
