Zoho Creator Expert to create a custom hosted checkout page

We are looking for a Expert in Zoho Deluge and Zoho Creator Dev We would like to create a form in Zoho Creator which we can send using Zoho Flow after certains actions. The form will have the fields prefill (first name, last name, email and complet address with State and country) and when it submitted, the app will create a Zoho Subscription Hosted Page (See the link at the end) based in those conditions: - If the user address is in Canada but is state ISN'T Quebec, the hosted page need to charge the TPS - If the user is in Canada AND his state IS Quebec, the hosted page need to charge the TPS and the TVQ - Else the hosted page doesn't charge any taxes. The link will be sent by email and we will use the variable in the Zoho flow to prefill the fields - TPS is a tax for every Canadian resident - TVQ is a tax for every Canadian that only live in the province of Quebec The Zoho Flow is already configured we only need the Zoho Creator that create a custom hosted page with Zoho Subscription (See the link below) [login to view URL]
