I need a simple powershell script that will take multiple json files and output a CSV

Hi - I urgently need some commented powershell that will take multiple json files and output a csv file of ALL the json data, including the nested data. The json files are small, but they do have nested data and some files may not have all the nested fields, so the code would need to be able to handle this. The attached json example contains all the fields that will ever be available. I need this urgently - can you help please? Sample of one of the files attached.
