Hi, to measure the current with safety and precision method I will use the ACS712 isolated Hall current sensor very speed response with more 1.5kv ESD isolated voltage, and for the communication Bluetooth is the simple mean to send data to PC, I'm very familiarized with this sensors.

I'm Electrical and Electronic engineering student currently preparing for the MEng program at the University of the West of England. I have recently completed my BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the same university. I have completed several subjects which include Microcontroller programming with arduino and MikroC. I have written a lot of arduino codes for many projects. I will 100% guarantee that I will work honestly and provide results quickly. To measure the current you can use either a current sensor like ACS712 or you can use a current transformer with a small circuit. For Bluetooth communication I suggest HC-05 or HC-06. For WiFi I suggest ESP8266 module and arduino Ethernet shield for Ethernet. As you can see there are a lot of options. So I suggest that we should talk about these options before taking a decision.
