Hello. 1) Do you require this script in a particular programming language (eg. Python) or is a command line application of any construction sufficient (as implied by the heading of this post)? 2) What operation does the program perform exactly? Will it be looking for the intersection, difference, union, etc. of the two data sets? 3) Do the two CSV files always contain the same columns?

I'm expert of javaand I'll be doing it with java. I'll do it as you need, every items to be compared and the who have difference in them is to be written in a file. But I would like to know which type of file and it it is to be written (Format).
