Hello, Let me just get right into it. I see you haven't picked anyone yet which is understandable on Freelancer.com You didn't give enough details in your job description but I'm assuming you're dealing with a hacker. There's a lot to do when it comes to security. My job would be firstly and most importantly to check ALL of your code manually AND using the necessary tools to scan for any errors or mistakes that could lead to Vulnerabilities. Once we get ALL of these patched we move on to the second step. Now we have to check all the log files, I know some people think these needs to be done first but not really, our job here is to find out HOW you got hacked if that ever happened OR if there was ANY hacking attempts for that matter. The log files will make that very clear for us, we'll also know where the attack was coming from and at what time it occurred. We'll patch that too if we haven't already and move on to step 3. This step is where we do all that's necessary to STOP any future attacks, we do that firstly by making sure you or your programmer understand how most of these attacks happen AND then we install security systems such as Suhosin and setup a WAF (Web Application Firewall). These 2 will dramatically slow down ANY future attacks, thanks to these we'll know about the any vulnerability BEFORE it gets exploited.
