I would like to hire a Programmer

I would like to make some adjustments to my new and unpublished website on Shopify. This was prepared using the Atlantic theme. This is what the original Atlantic theme looks like: [login to view URL] You will need a password to access my site which can be found at troopyourcolours.com. If you're interested, let me know an I will provide a password. 1) Please insert a watermark image to take up the entire page of every page beginning just below the menu bar; 2) Please adjust header image to fill out the header box - currently the image doesn't expand to fit the box - ideally, the height of the header box needs to be narrowed; 3) Please move the accent text (USD, Login, Search, Shopping cart) over to the upper right - currently they are split across the top of the header page.
