Zoho CRM programming

I run a Private Dating Agency. I have started with Zoho one as my CRM system to manage my business. I need to customise Zoho One to suit my business. These are the following items that I need create: Customised fields for Matches with all info that would tie the two people together, status, old matches-history etc. 1.Matches- When we make a new match we need the status of the member to automatically change to matched. This then also changes the person we’re matching them with to matched status too. The amount of matches increases on both profiles with each additional match. Feedback from each match needs to be linked to both parties profiles. 2. Sending emails with new enquiry details to our representative Eileen in Limerick via email in Zoho 3. Automatic sending of appointment email ( saved in template emails) once an appointment is generated , and with attachment of contract and terms & conditions documents ( saved in documents ) . 4. When a new profile is created as a member this is highlighted as New member- needing a first introduction. Automated that when the new member gets their first intro it changes to member 5. Alert when payment is not paid in full field. 6. When contact type changes to Member- triggers Welcome email ( saved in template emails) Also a trigger when the status changes 7. Photos on profiles, can we have them in the printed version, and if possible slightly larger. Edit/customise printed profile to only show the fields we require and the size of the text and colour [login to view URL] and suggested matches- Subform with suggested matches – like an excel sheet- different fields- links back to other profiles on the system, it could essentially create the match for us [login to view URL] – what do you recommend, I would like to be able to call members from within Zoho and also send automated texts. We send texts very regularly so this would be a big advantage. 10. Another thing that’s important is that the girls receive commission when an enquiry they convert to an appointment then converts to a paying [login to view URL] do I keep a record of their conversions in any given month. The same applies to Eileen ( my representative) in Limerick. When she is sent enquiries , she meets them for an interview. If she converts them then she is paid for the conversion. She usually sends an excel spreadsheet of all conversions at the end of every quarter. This takes so much time to sort and calculate, how can this be recorded in Zoho?
