I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler (from time to time and some projects I could make the functional prototype too). I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. 1 - for the aim of your project, we should discuss two different sides of the problem... first one is the recipe which is very important, and this should be your task (depending on the mix of the herbs you use, will have the taste of your gin) the second one is the distillery itself we are using homemade distillery for tzuica - a distilled alcoholic beverage (reaching even 65%) from fermented plums 2 - there are different arrangements for the distiller, cooler and collector, which could vary in size, shape, heating method, etc 3 - in order to properly advise/consult in this project, i will need more info... - which is the input capacity you desire, what heating source is available, which is the estimated/desired output capacity, available space, automation degree, etc, etc 4 - one more thing: - i could also build a pilot distillery on my workshop (and being in europe, will not pay a fortune for the shipment) Regards Bogdan
