I've been doing this in a large environment utilizing WMI and Powershell for a few years. The first 3 items will be easy to complete quickly the last item will take some time to flush out as parsing log files can be time consuming. Look forward to working with you should you choose me.

I love PowerShell and actually a SharePoint Trainer and Consultant. I heavily use PowerShell and this looks like a simple requirement. However, I would like to take time and give the best and efficient code that handles any number of users in a shortest time with O(1) The results can be neatly shown in HTML or stored in CSV.

Propose to develop a script with the definition of new cmdlets to accomplish the specified tasks locally. I can provide some sort of options to realize it remotely as desired, but it depends on knowing the environment where the scripts will run and maybe to execute some changes on environment configurations (GPO’s, update/install Microsoft specific updates, for instance).
