Hi, I have done projects with Raspi 3 with Pi Cam. I understand that for Raspi, tensorflow/caffe/... DeepLearning based approaches would be rather slow, so I won't take that approach. I have done something similiar to yours with Rasp Pi, with OpenCV+python, my approach was based on SURF+homography. We can talk later if you are intrested, hope we could work together.
