Project is to build a facial recognition using video feed (IP Camera or CCTV camera) WITHOUT using any online API i.e. solution run in local/on-prem data centre without access to internet. Python can be one of the programming language that can be used for this. 1. Person clicks photograph from his/her mobile and upload to server along with his/her name 2. server builds AI model for this newly uploaded photograph 3. Now when this person moves pass the CCTV/IPCamera (or any video feed), Server recognises this person and raises an event with his/her name Solution has to work in real time i.e. when person passes through the video camera, event needs to be raised within a second.

Dear Sir/Madam, I have been working with Python for the past 5 years. I have worked on several projects of a similar nature and am currently looking for a chance to showcase my freelancing abilities. Very Similar Work Experience: I have worked on very similar projects involving facial recognition. 1) A pet project of mine that is very similar to the one described here. This project was also built in Python. It trained on a single image and it detected and recognised faces in a video feed. 2) An android app that trains locally on several facial images and then recognises faces using tensorflow. This was as a part of my last job. Similar Work Experience: I have worked on closely similar projects involving image processing, training and recognition. 1) Real time handwritten character recognition using Image Processing. This was as a part of my final year project. 2) Real time sentence detection and OCR on a live feed used for reading out sentences out for the blind. This was as a part of an AI internship. Regarding the project, the things that need clarification: 1) Does a flask server need to be created for this or will the existing server invoke the python script 2) What does raising the event mean?
