Integration between two APIs

I need a freelancer to develop a integration between two APIs. There are two APIs fully documented (system1 and system2) The script must check every x amount of minutes (60 for example) for new sessions on the system1 since the last time it check for new sessions and add these sessions to system2 through the API. The script should also add the session details to a mysql database. The script should be written in python and must be well documented and keep logs and alerts in case erros occurs. Full API docuemntation would be provide to the winner, but the APIs are docuemnted with sandboxes in apiary for easy use and understanding. Script and database should run on a digital ocean or aws vps and installation should be done by the freelancer.
