My client requirement is in goLang + Python + JS People, Timing and Costing I need to tell me how many people would you put on this project for its completion. I want it from scratch. A good project manager can give 85-95 percent accuracy time and costing to complete this project . Which on deeper studies can go up or down 5-10 percent. So dont waste time if you cannot make reasonable estimation (it wont be perfect and precise without doing in depth studies, which we will get to once i remove the pretenders to acutal developers) Docs I need a site build on this stack of tools (open to other better tools too) All docs are on that open source code publicly available, so dont ask me. Customisation Customisations i can discuss once i know someone who has capability to handle such project on concurrency level to finish it ASAP. I need intelligent project head or product developer who can see the macro and micro picture and can handle this project elegantly. This is medium term project to be deliverable in Modules.
