OpenCV based automated inspection of pcb board assemling

For our projects we would like to have a simple automated assembling inspection of a pcb with python script. In a first step we will use images, later we will improve the concept to use hdmi frame grabber card. Several pictures of the pcb are given to the script and it must inspect the pcb. If a criteria is violated, the component and/or soldering pad in question must be marked on the image.
Inspection criteria:
- component is present
- component is well aligned (no tombstone, aligned on pads)
- component orientation is correct (based on marker or text)
- component with text is soldered on correct position (if text readable)
- soldering between component and pcb is good
- integrated circuit pin have no bridges
