Write a python script to help us print CAD Drawings

Hello We place a CSV file (like the [login to view URL]) in a path and need to print the associated CAD (.dwg) drawings. Instead of having to open each file and manually print I'd like a script developed I can run as an icon on a windows PC that reads the file in the directory and prints the associated drawings. The script will also need to read the file name to locate the path of the drawing and the size and scale the drawing should be printed. First an explanation of the nomenclature on the csv file B2 751515 the first set of characters calls out the paper size, scale and software used to generate the drawing. The second set of characters calls out the actual drawing number. First to find the folder the drawing is in, we take the first two digits of the number found after the paper size indicator. For example the .dwg file for B2 751515 would be found in the folder labeled "75" One we have the drawing we scale and send to the appropriate printer based on the size of paper needed. The first character designates the paper size – A is 8.5” x 11” and B is 11” x 17” and There are also C-sized drawings (17x22) that are sent to our large format plotter. · The second character designates which software was used to create the DWG and the scale of the drawing. An * designates a drawing created in Inventor, and the scale is not required. A number designates the scale; 1 – full scale, 2 – half scale, 4 – ½ scale, etc. So going back to the original example, B2 751515 would print a half scale, 11x17 copy of [login to view URL] In a configurable file I'd like to be able to set the path to the regular and large format printers as well as the location for csv files to be scanned. I'd like to be able to make this as user friendly as possible and ultimately make an icon on the users window's PC that when clicked triggers the script and then all the user does is go to the printer(s) to pick up the properly formatted drawings. For security purposes I will share the actual .dwg drawing files with the successful contractor that is hired after securing a NDA form. I'd like this script written in python3, properly documented at the script level with a [login to view URL] file for dependencies. Planning to run in a windows 10 environment. I will provide access to a private github repo for versioning purposes. We need a willingness to screen share in production to help sort out any issues.
