We are looking for a Vietnam based HR company or HR executive who can assist us hiring a Project coordinator for our webdesign projects in Vietnam. We are Singapore based company and have developers and VAs in India, Phillipines and Vietnam. Our in-house team in Singapore will come up with the concept and the coordinators tas is to make sure the developers have developed the work and VAs are doing the SEO work as requested. Your job consist of: a) do a market research for the project coordinators salary range for your region. b) posting the job request over job portals in Vietnam c) do the initial interview with the candidates to see if they are eligible for the role. We require your end to be: knowledgeable in hiring people in Vietnam. have similar experience in past. Fast internet connection allow you to talk with us and candidates in video call. Write pho in beginning of job proposal. Last but not least have IT knowledge so the terms we are talking about will be familiar. have at least 5-10 job reviews inside freelancer.
