This project is for psychologists who are also experts in human resources. In order to make a selection of software developers to activate collaborations with them, we request a test (questionnaire) to be submitted online to the potential candidates. The test will aim to find an ideal candidate who has the characteristics sought. The test must be in English. It should be done with non-ingenious questions and will help to find the knowledge, experiences, potential capabilities, motivations and other important aspects for a targeted selection of potential candidates. The length of the test must be agreed with us according to the uses and your specific experience.

BTW - I am a native English speaker! Plenty of test development and test administration experience as an Australian psychologist (not practicing now) and HR professional (for 25+ years) who has specialized in management consulting...with significant experience assisting ICT professionals (App and Web site developers) Maybe I meet all the requirements for this task. I also have significant experience in using authoring software (which includes integrated testing) for on-line (e-learning) manager development programs. My bid for this project is for the test process/structure and content only. It does not include any on-line publishing or automation of the test. Maybe we can chat about this. Looking forward to hearing from you. BTW: 1. The capabilities, competencies, values, experience etc of Developers will need to be identified and refined n Tasks one and 2 2. This project will require close collaboration and initial clear specifications. It will also need project owner development and/or pilot testing of the questions. Looking at the skills that you require, I find myself most efficient , as I have completed my graduation in Psychology, English and journalism .. and mastered in industrial psychology (Human Resource development management). I have also worked as HR recruiter for quite a while !!
