We are a Philadelphia area staffing company that is in need of recruiting help for numerous Administrative and Customer Service openings that we have for our clients. Our ideal assistance would have someone identify qualified candidates, pre screen them, and set them up for a facetime, skype, or internal interview with one of our recruiters.
Pre-screening questions will include
- are you currently working
- what are you currently making if working
- what amount are you looking for
- are they ok with the location of the job and do they have transportation to get them there
- would you be ok with the compensation we are offering for this role
- ask questions to confirm they have minimum qualifications in relation to the job requirements
We are looking for someone to cold call, email, text, and/or use social media, and other methods to contact individuals. We want someone to represent us with professionalism.
