Hello there, I have a job for you. All the information is in the PDF I have attached. It doesn't need to be 100% It just exterior rendering to. For the house, you can use a template if you can to make things quicker (modern design). The island has to be the shape provided as a drawing in the PDF. Make sure the island has white walls around it. It just needs to look like an Island with a house a lot of grass helipad and so on.
