Hello. I can rig/skin your character within 3-5 days depending on your specs. Please specify where you gonna use the rig (for animation in max or for game engine) so as to specify the bone count and the range of motion of your character so as to specify if extra bones are needed. I usually create IK/FK arms, IK Legs and FK Spine/Neck/Head/Fingers. If you want another setup we can discuss about it in pm. Have a nice day.
