What we need:

Simulated air flow analysis for the development of a carbon air filter (someone specialized in filtration ie. sand, carbon, HVAC (furnace and AC filters)). We can supply detailed simulated 3D models to run the analysis on. Must have experience in Ansys, Solidworks, etc.

Air travels through holes in the filter, through packed activated carbon and out the flange. We need a specific CFM for their appropriate flange sizes. This is crucial to ensure air flow falls into an appropriate range before the filter is 3D printed. We'll be working with a mechanical engineer to ensure max air flow without compromising the strength of the frame.

We're all focused, friendly and excited to work with you!
