We need to hire a Project coordinator with the below qualifications.

Responsibilities • Facilitate and ensure the project team smooth operation to deliver the agreed SW. • Provide detailed professional planning for projects activities, with budget and resource allocation. • Monitor &control project schedules, budget and risks running in Cairo and Chennai. • Coordinate and assign tasks with the support of the tech lead to team members to fulfil plans and meet deadlines. • Provide reports for planned effort per project, and per resource, taking into account resources vacations, holidays or trainings. • Update project plans regularly. • Provide professional reports / or presentations to represent the projects statues and scopes. • Conduct daily five minutes meeting with project team. • Deliver quality audit & compliance findings together with Quality leaders. • Follow up with team members on the open actions in Cairo and Chennai. • Direct and support team members and challenge their projects decisions. • Provide all the project management documentation of the projects. Education / Training • B.Sc. in Communication or computer Engineering or Computer science or relevant. • 2+ years in SW cycle. • High coordination and plaining skills. • Good knowledge about Project Management and Agile concepts, activities and practices. • Strong knowledge of plaining software tools like MS project and Google Gantter. • Experience in SW projects management and tracking is a plus. Professional Experience 3 - 5 years of relevant experience Language • Excellent command of English language is a must.
