The Tennessee Real Estate Connection is looking for an experienced internet marketing and advertising campaign design expert. The candidate for this position must have a vast knowledge of the internet social networking, article posting and experience in the real estate industry. Excellent writing skills and a good command of the English language is a must. The candidate must be able to find quality market prospects by being given a criteria search, set up and maintain email lists of these prospects, design and produce and submit high quality flyers, articles, and classified ads and send out and manage email campaigns. The candidate will need excellent internet research and writing skills to produce pertinent articles that will be posted and sent out on social networking sites as well as being submitting to various sites throughout the internet. This is a long term position with approximately four to five assignments per month. Each assignment will be paid for on an individual basis. Below is an example of what an assignment would look like. If this assignment is completed efficiently and effectively within one week you will be paid $250. Sample Assignment: Assemble and submit to me by Excel report an email list with name and phone numbers if available of all parties currently selling restored 1954-1962 Corvette convertibles in the Eastern United States. You will acquire this list by researching online classified ads and internet research. You will then design, produce, submit for my approval and then send out an email flyer offering a potential trade for their car the below mentioned real estate. You will then design a reproducible internet ad and article to be posted on Craigslist, Corvette enthusiast social networking sites and other automobile classified sites. All ads, articles and flyer should link to my website and be approved by me prior to their submission. Your assignment will be generate prospects who would be interested in trading their corvette for a 5 acre parcel of land with creek frontage and a waterfall in Tennessee near Crossville on the Cumberland Plateau valued at approximately $50,000. The ad must state that seller is an owner/agent. My contact information including website address, email address and phone numbers must be prominently displayed on all marketing material. You will be provided with pictures as well as some text and previous ads. The ads and flyers produced must be professional in appearance and layout. If you are successful with this campaign many more campaigns will follow. Some of my campaigns are more involved and time consuming then the example above therefore payments for services will be based on the amount of involvement and the time allotted for campaign. If you are a highly efficient, motivated person the potential is limitless. As long as you help me produce quality leads we will both do quite well. Bonuses will be paid based on performances.
