German Translation Evaluation

Hello. We are interviewing candidates for a customer support role. As part of the application we ask candidates to write their responses to questions in German. We want to test not only their German writing skills, but also their ability to think i.e. if we asked them a customer service question, we want to see their ability to respond intelligently to a customer with some emotional awareness. So we would like to share these responses with you and for you to evaluate each candidate’s performance on a scale of 1 to 10, where 1 is very bad and 10 is excellent. Two scores out of 10 would be ideal - [1] for the quality of the written Portuguese, and [2] for the skill of the customer service responses. Along with each score (out of 10), if you can briefly explain why you gave such a score {in a few sentences}, that should be sufficient. We are doing customer service for gaming companies, so the customers write in a casual way, and our responses should be professional and friendly, but not too formal. Grammar and punctuation and style are important, however. We also want to know how intelligent of a response since this is a customer service role, the person should have some ability to connect with the customer and address their questions in a nice way. I don’t suspect it should take too long to do each evaluation and write a brief explanation on each. Let me know if you are interested in helping with this.
