Persuasive Communication Assess your routine tasks back at the workplace. Identify a situation where you have to get something done when there is no direct authority. Thereafter prepare to convince the other party through persuasive communication techniques. (could be an idea/proposal or simply requesting for assistance.)   • What is the situation?
