Ensure plans and procedures are administered in accordance with the guidelines and policies of the organization

Manage employment applications and all documents in the new hire process
Monitor and approve offer letters ensuring accuracy and that pay rate and classifications are according to organization guideline.
Conduct new hire background investigations communicating with A-Check Global; manage the results providing recommendations to hiring H.R. Generalists
Manage IT Setup for new employees communicating with IT group; order new devices and maintain updated account information with provider; manage new equipment orders with IT group
Qualifications
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources required
Knowledge of federal and state human resources compliance and laws
Ability to manage complex office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment and initiative
Approaches work with a positive, professional demeanor and a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and strong follow-up skills
Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the professional savvy of communicating at all levels
Maintains standards of strict confidentiality with respect to all matters and documents
