There are 2000 students who enter a university exam in a country. There are 30 departments in the country. After the exam, each student makes a ranked list of the departments that they wish to enter. Every department has the limited quote of students that they can receive. The students IDs and the exam results as well as the ranked list is given in the excel OSS.xlsx. Write a code that attains each student to a department according to their successes in the exam by also taking account the occupancy of the department
